FRP Moulding Process

Design & Pattern Development

We design and develop high-precision master patterns as per customer requirements. This ensures accurate आकार (shape), size, and perfect finishing for final mould products like paver blocks, kerb stones, and boundary walls.

Surface Preparation & Gel Coating

The pattern surface is properly cleaned and treated before applying a premium gel coat layer. This process provides a smooth, glossy finish and increases the durability of the mould.

Fiberglass Reinforcement (Layering)

High-quality fiberglass layers are applied with strong resin to build a durable structure. This step ensures strength, crack resistance, and long-lasting performance of the mould.

Curing & Final Finishing

After proper curing, the mould is carefully removed and finished with precision. Edges are trimmed, polished, and checked to deliver a ready-to-use, high-quality FRP mould.
